Double Review!!!

So  I read these back to back and while I have different reviews for both books I also feel they reviews flow together so...DOUBLE REVIEW!!

First up is The Little Village Bakery:

This was a sweet little read. It reminded me of a Hallmark movie. There was the perfect amount of cute little town, sweet towns folk, the new stranger and the love. 

I enjoyed the love story. It wasn't completely different from all the other love stories I've read but it was different enough to hold my attention.  

My only real complaint was the lack of cake...I expected more cake.

Second to the table is Christmas at the Little Village Bakery 

This one was a little less my style than the first. I loved the Christmas setting and the peek into the characters from the first book but the new romantic leads just left me wanting more. They just didn't click for me and I'm not 100% sure why.I did find this one more humorous but not as great as the first. 

And here is my bird....
