Natasha: I’m a girl who believes in science and facts. Not fate. Not destiny. Or dreams that will never come true. I’m definitely not the kind of girl who meets a cute boy on a crowded New York City street and falls in love with him. Not when my family is twelve hours away from being deported to Jamaica. Falling in love with him won’t be my story.
Daniel: I’ve always been the good son, the good student, living up to my parents’ high expectations. Never the poet. Or the dreamer. But when I see her, I forget about all that. Something about Natasha makes me think that fate has something much more extraordinary in store—for both of us. The Universe: Every moment in our lives has brought us to this single moment. A million futures lie before us. Which one will come true?

This book! Ah, what can I say about this book?! Honestly, when I read the blurb, I didn't think that this one could possibly be as good as Everything Everything. I mean it sounded interesting but I didn't think it would grab me and pull me in like Yoon's first book. Boy, I was WRONG! Now I will say, it took me 100 pages to become invested in this story but that doesn't mean that the first 100 pages aren't great or interesting. The first 100 pages are needed to build the foundations of the trap that will snare you in.
This book has thoroughly convinced me that Nicola Yoon can do no wrong. Her writing is more than just an amazing story woven with unique main characters and interesting side characters. Seriously, those side character pages were just the icing on a perfect cake. Her writing is a thing of beauty. Something to be read, reread. and then felt deep within. Her writing is an artwork to be cherished. Yeah yeah, I know. All that sounds so sweet and a bit much but seriously guys...she is amazing.
Ok, I can't say anything more without spoiling something so READ THIS BOOK ALREADY!
Oh yeah...I almost forgot to mention. The musical references! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
